We want you to be really happy with everything you order and receive from us so if something isn't right then please let us know. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we will refund your money in full or exchange the goods if you cancel your order within 7 days – no questions asked. Simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in a saleable condition in its original packaging for either an exchange or a full refund.
Regrettably we are not able to offer this guarantee on any items which have been purchased in a sale or clearance promotion, nor on foodstuffs/confectionary or personalised items, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please make sure you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate which you can get from the Post Office. You do not need to send the parcel Recorded Delivery – you can send it first or second class post and the Post Office will give you a proof of postage certificate. Please note that we won't be able to process your refund until we are in receipt of the goods.
If you return your entire order then we will refund the original delivery cost. If a returned product is faulty, then we will return the original delivery cost plus the postage paid by you to send it back to us.
